TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. This promotion is strictly subject to promotional availability at our 200 participating hotels across Ireland at the time of booking and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or booking.
2. The price of €98/GBP69 per person sharing is based on bookings for two adults sharing a twin/double for a minimum of two nights. Please note that quoted sterling rates are subject to fluctuation.
3. The offer includes two nights’ B&B and one evening meal at the weekend (any two consecutive nights from Friday to Sunday inclusive) or midweek (any three consecutive nights from Sunday to Thursday). The cost in total for the break for two people is €196 (€98 x 2).
4. Offer includes full Irish Breakfast and one ‘table d`hote’ dinner.
5. For children under 10 years of age sharing with adults, accommodation is free (maximum 2 children per room). Some hotels reserve the right to have an alternate child policy, this will be made clear at the booking stage. Children’s (3-10yrs) breakfast (€5 extra) and children’s evening meal (€9 extra) must be paid directly to the hotel.
6. Guests wishing to bring a 3rd child at their own expense, must check availability directly with the hotel prior to making their booking. This is entirely at the discretion of the hotels involved in the promotion.
7. Additional service or other charges incurred by the guest must be paid directly to the hotel on departure.
8. Bookings should be made online at the promotional web address. Depending on the promotion a dedicated call centre booking line may be available.
9. Guests may book up to 3 rooms as part of each booking, at the agreed promotional rate, subject to availability.
10. Booking Deposit – A 10% booking deposit (€19.60) plus a €2.95 processing fee will be charged to your account on booking and the balance is payable on departure from your hotel. Hotelpoints will appear as a debit for the amount of €22.55 on your Card statement payable to Bookassist.
11. Please note that bookings made through our booking line will incur an additional booking operator service charge of €4 (£3stg).
12. Hotelpoints Customers must present their valid Hotelpoints voucher upon arrival in the hotel. Photocopied, forged or damaged hotel vouchers will not be accepted by participating hotels.
13. Hotel Breaks must be booked and taken before the date of expiry as shown on the voucher.
