Can I have the list of hotels?
The list of hotels offering availability will depend on the date of your break. Once you have decided on a date and a location, log onto the booking website or call the booking line and you will be able to see the full list of available hotels for that date.

When can I take my Break?
You can travel whenever you like, with the exception of July & August.

What type of hotels are they?
All our Hotels are of a minimum 3 star standard and approved by Fáilte Ireland or Northern Ireland Tourist Board.

Do we get the same service as other customers
There is no difference in the quality of service. The rooms, breakfast and the meal are the same for you as they are for the other customers.

How do I pay?
Booking Line - Credit Card / Laser Card Give your Card details to the Booking Agent on the Booking Line. For a Hotel Break, a 10% booking deposit (€19.60 / £13.80stg), plus a Credit Card processing fee (€2.95 / £2stg) will be charged to your account, the balance (€176.40 / £124.20stg) is payable to the hotel on departure from your break

Is the promotion really cheaper than the hotels rates?
The Superbreaks Hotel promotion offer excellent value compared to the standard hotel rates. Standard rates are discounted from 30% to 70% for Superbreak customers.

Why can’t I go for bank holiday weekends and during July / August?
The bank holiday weekends and the summer months are a busy time for the hotels. It is difficult to offer such a discounted rate for these periods and we don’t want to mislead you by saying we have lots of availability during this period.

Can I get a Hotel with a leisure centre?
We offer the choice of 300 Hotels, some of which have a leisure centre, however they are subject to promotional availability. You will be able to see all hotel facilities when booking.

Can I take a last minute break?
Yes you will be able to check availability on any given day and travel on the same day subject to availability.
