Can I have the list of hotels?

The list of hotels offering availability will depend on the date of your break. Once you have decided on a date and a location, log onto the booking website or call the booking line on 0818 242 011 (ROI) or 0871 277 5773 (NI) and you will be able to see the list of available hotels for that date.

When can I take my Break?

Hotel breaks can be taken at any time of year based on availability. Understandably our hotels may have limited availability during busy periods such as Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Years.

What type of hotels are they?

All our Hotels are of 3 and 4 star standard and approved by Fáilte Ireland or Northern Ireland Tourist Board.

Do we get the same service as other customers

There is no difference in the quality of service. The rooms, breakfast and the meal are the same for you as they are for the other customers.

How do I pay?

Booking Line - Credit Card / Laser Card Give your Card details to the Booking Agent on the Booking Line. For the €98 4* Hotel Break, a 12.5% booking deposit (€24.50 / £22.25stg), plus a Credit Card processing fee (€2.95 / £2stg) will be charged to your account, the balance (€171.50 / £155.75stg) is payable to the hotel on departure from your break along with any additional purchases. For the €88 3* Hotel Break, a 12.5% booking deposit (€22 / £19.75stg), plus a Credit Card processing fee (€2.95 / £2stg) will be charged to your account, the balance (€154 / £138.25stg) is payable to the hotel on departure from your break along with any additional purchases. Please note in the event of a cancellation the deposit and booking fee are non-refundable.

Is the promotion really cheaper than the hotels rates?

The Hotel Break promotions offer excellent value compared to the standard hotel rates. Standard rates are discounted from 30% to 70% for Hotel Break promotions customers.

Can I take a last minute break?

Yes you will be able to check availability on any given day and travel on the same day subject to availability.
