Eircom €100 Hotel Voucher Terms & Conditions
This €100 voucher has been deducted from HOTELPOINT’s standard €299 rate to give you a short break for only €199 – any time during the year. A 10% deposit must be paid when booking and the balance of €176.40 is due to the hotel upon departure.
1. This promotion is subject to promotional availability at participating hotels in Northern Ireland & the Republic of Ireland at the time of booking and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or booking.
2. To book your break log onto www.eircomhotelbreaks.com and enter your voucher number. Select your preferred location and dates of travel and a list of available hotels will come up. Alternatively you can call the booking line on 0818 242 018 to make a booking.
3. Bookings must be made via www.eircomhotelbreaks.com or the dedicated booking line 0818 242 018. A valid voucher number is required when making a reservation online or though the dedicated booking line.
4.The offer includes two nights’ B&B and one evening meal at the weekend (any two consecutive nights from Friday to Sunday inclusive) or midweek (any three consecutive nights from Sunday to Thursday).
5. Offer includes full Irish breakfast and Table d’hote dinner.
6. For children under 10 years of age sharing with adults, accommodation is free (maximum 2 children per room) subject to availability. Children (3-10yrs) breakfast (€5 extra) and children’s evening meal (€9 extra) must be paid directly to the hotel.
7. Guests may book up to 3 rooms as part of each booking, at the agreed rate available subject to availability.
8. Total cost with this €100 Gift Certificate is €98 per person plus €2.95 card processing fee – which equals €199. A 10% booking deposit and credit card processing fee is required at time of booking. Please note quoted sterling rates are subject to fluctuation.
9. The outstanding balance of €176.40 is payable on departure from your hotel, along with any additional purchases. Your €100 hotel voucher cannot be used against this balance of €176.40.
10. Hotel Breaks must be booked and taken before the date of expiry as shown on the voucher.

12. This voucher must be redeemed before 31st October 2009. Any voucher not redeemed before this date will automatically expire and the credit therein will not be available to the holder.
