| Dr Des O'Mahony is co-founder and Managing Director of Bookassist. Des has been involved in internet technology and research since the early 90's and was involved in implementing Ireland's first live e-commerce transaction site (connected to Ulster Bank credit card verification servers) in the late 90's. He received the Netvisionary Award for Online Trade from the Irish Internet Association in 2005 and an eircom.net Golden Spider award that year. He holds a PhD in Physics from Trinity College Dublin. |

Roshan McPartland is Operations Manager for Ireland at Bookassist. Roshan Joined bookassist in July 2004 from USIT International and now heads client operations for Bookassist Ireland. Having graduated with a BA (Hons) Degree in Tourism Studies and a Diploma in Marketing, Advertising and PR in Dublin, Roshan has worked in a variety of roles within the Tourism industry over the last 12 years which include Sales & Marketing, Business Support Analysis and IT Project Management. |

| Ciaran Rowe is Senior Search Engine Marketer for Ireland at Bookassist's Dublin Office and is a Google Adwords Professional. Ciaran Rowe started his career in the internet in 1997, as a web designer with Indigo, before moving on to work as Senior Web Designer in Doherty Advertising. Here he developed his design expertise, combined with a knowledge of advertising principles. He subsequently became an independent contractor, designing, optimising and promoting websites for a variety of clients, before joining Bookassist. |

Foncho Ramirez Corzo is Senior Search Engine Specialist at Bookassist's Madrid Office and is a Google Adwords Professional. Foncho has been working on the Internet market and e-commerce since 1999, and participated in the development of business plans and start-ups in Latin American and Europe such ISPs, Portals, Travel Websites and Consultancy. A graduate of Administrative Sciences at Universidad de Lima and holding a Masters in E-Business from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Foncho has vast experience in online marketing tools and in project management. |

| Colin Lewis joined Aer Arann in October 2006, and is responsible for all brand, advertising, sales, distribution, PR, sponsorship and eCommerce initiatives for the airline across its key markets of UK, France and Ireland. Colin has held a variety of senior international marketing roles in Aer Arann, Universal Music, IONA Technologies and Thomas Cook. Colin has built numerous websites from scratch, and has extensive expertise in eCommerce. Aer Arann has over 90% of its distribution online, 250,000 customer database and spends over €1m in online marketing a year across the UK, France, Holland, Spain and Ireland. Colin is a graduate of UCD, with a BComm, an MSc in Marketing Practice and an MBA from Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. |

Mark Rodgers is Managing Director of Cipherion Translations, an Irish translation company that provides website translation services into over 40 languages. Mark established Cipherion Translations with a vision to bring professional translation solutions to Irish organisations.
