Cancellations
If you cancel up to 90 days before the check-in date, 25% of the stay will be considered a penalty. 75% of the value of the stay will remain as a credit for future reservations of the same guest or a refund may be requested within 24 hours after making the cancellation.
Between 89 and 60 days before the check-in date, 50% of the reservation will be considered as a penalty. The remaining 50% of the value of the stay will remain as a credit for future reservations of the same guest or a refund may be requested within 24 hours after making the cancellation.
For cancellations requested 59 days, 100% of the stay will be charged as a penalty. Therefore, there will be no refund.
In case of no show, the entire stay will remain as a penalty.
Modifications
Modifications may be requested free of charge up to 60 days before the check in date. They will be subject to availability and rate changes, with the money paid being a credit for a future reservation for the same guest. Refunds will not apply to modifications.
MID
Cancellations
If you cancel up to 60 days before the check-in date, 25% of the stay will be considered a penalty. 75% of the value of the stay will remain as a credit for future reservations of the same guest or a refund may be requested within 24 hours after making the cancellation.
Between 59 and 45 days before the check-in date, 50% of the reservation will remain as a penalty. The remaining 50% of the value of the stay will remain as a credit for future reservations of the same guest or a refund may be requested within 24 hours after making the cancellation.
For cancellations requested within 44 days, 100% of the stay will be charged as a penalty. Therefore, there will be no refund.
In case of no show, the entire stay will remain as a penalty.

Between 29 and 15 days before the check-in date, 50% of the reservation will remain as a penalty. The remaining 50% of the value of the stay will remain as a credit for future reservations of the same guest or a refund may be requested within 24 hours after making the cancellation.
For cancellations requested within 14 days, 100% of the stay will be charged as a penalty. Therefore, there will be no refund.
In case of no show, the entire stay will remain as a penalty.

PEAK SEASON AND CARNIVAL
100% of the stay must be paid at the time of booking. Payment is non-refundable. No cancellations or modifications are allowed. In case of cancellation or no-show, 100% of the value of the stay will remain as a penalty.
