Cancellation and deposit Policy

100% of the stay must be paid at the time of booking. The payment is non-refundable. Cancellations or modifications are not allowed. In case of no-show, the total of the stay will be charged as a penalty.

Payment policy – applies to all seasons

50% of the total stay must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid according to the corresponding cancellation policy.

Cancellations
If you cancel 60 days before the check in date or less, 100% of the stay will be considered a penalty.
In case of no show, the entire stay will remain as a penalty.

Modifications
Modifications may be requested free of charge up to 60 days before the check in date. They will be subject to availability and rate changes, with the money paid being a credit for a future reservation for the same guest. Refunds will not apply to modifications.


MID: March

Cancellations
If you cancel 30 days before the check in date or less, 100% of the stay will be considered a penalty.
In case of no show, the entire stay will remain as a penalty.

Modifications
Modifications may be requested free of charge up to 30 days before the check in date. They will be subject to availability and rate changes, with the money paid being a credit for a future reservation for the same guest. Refunds will not apply to modifications.


SPRING/AUTUMN: September, October, November, December, April, May

Cancellations
If you cancel 15 days before the check in date or less, 100% of the stay will be considered a penalty.
In case of no show, the entire stay will remain as a penalty.

Modifications
Modifications may be requested free of charge up to 15 days before the check in date. They will be subject to availability and rate changes, with the money paid being a credit for a future reservation for the same guest. Refunds will not apply to modifications.


PEAK SEASON AND CARNIVAL
100% of the stay must be paid at the time of booking. Payment is non-refundable. No cancellations or modifications are allowed. In case of cancellation or no-show, 100% of the value of the stay will remain as a penalty.

1 Master Suite with King s ize bed, fully-equipped bathroom with 85 sq meters. Layout for one couple. This King size bed cannot be transformed in two twins. One or two extra beds can be added. Living room with fireplace and Ipod Dock. Private terrace with distinguished river & landscape view.
