Payment policy – applies to all seasons
100% of the total stay must be paid at the time of booking. Payment is partially refundable according to cancellation policies.

HIGH: January and February
Cancellations
If you cancel 60 days before the check in date or less, 100% of the stay will be considered a penalty.
In case of no show, the entire stay will remain as a penalty.
Modifications
Modifications may be requested free of charge up to 60 days before the check in date. They will be subject to availability and rate changes, with the money paid being a credit for a future reservation for the same guest. Refunds will not apply to modifications.
MID: March
Cancellations
If you cancel 30 days before the check in date or less, 100% of the stay will be considered a penalty.
In case of no show, the entire stay will remain as a penalty.

PEAK SEASON AND CARNIVAL
100% of the stay must be paid at the time of booking. Payment is non-refundable. No cancellations or modifications are allowed. In case of cancellation or no-show, 100% of the value of the stay will remain as a penalty.
