Cancellations
If you cancel up to 90 days before the check-in date, 25% of the stay will be considered as a penalty. 75% of the stay will remain as a credit for future reservations of the same guest.
Between 89 and 60 days before the check-in date, 50% of the reservation will be considered as a penalty. The remaining 50% of the stay will remain as a credit for future reservations by the same guest.
For cancellations requested 59 days before the date, a 100% of the stay will be charge as penalty.
In the event of a no-show, the entire stay will be charged.
Modifications
Modifications may be requested free of charge up to 60 days before the check-in date. These reservations are subject to availability and rate changes, and the amount paid will be credited toward a future reservation for the same guest. No refunds will be issued for modifications.
MID
Cancellations
If you cancel up to 30 days before the check-in date, 25% of the stay will be considered as a penalty. 75% of the stay will remain as a credit for future reservations of the same guest.
Between 29 and 15 days before the check-in date, 50% of the reservation will be considered as a penalty. The remaining 50% of the stay will remain as a credit for future reservations by the same guest.
For cancellations requested 14 days before the date, a100% of the stay will be charge as penalty.
In the event of a no-show, the entire stay will be charged.
Modifications
Modifications may be requested free of charge up to 15 days before the check-in date. These reservations are subject to availability and rate changes, and the amount paid will be credited toward a future reservation for the same guest. No refunds will be issued for modifications.
LATE SUMMER

If you cancel up to 60 days before the check-in date, 25% of the stay will be considered as a penalty. 75% of the stay will remain as a credit for future reservations of the same guest.
Between 59 and 45 days before the check-in date, 50% of the reservation will be considered as a penalty. The remaining 50% of the stay will remain as a credit for future reservations by the same guest.
For cancellations requested 44 days before the date, a100% of the stay will be charge as penalty.

PEAK SEASON AND CARNIVAL
100% of the stay must be paid at the time of booking. Payment is non-refundable. Cancellations and changes are not permitted. In the event of cancellation or no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged as a penalty.
