Cancellation and deposit policies
HIGH-SEASON
Payments
50% of the total stay must be paid at the time of booking. Payment is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be collected 60 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations
In case of cancellation up to 60 days before the check-in date, 25% of the stay will be charged as a penalty. The remaining amount will be kept as a credit for a future stay of the same guest.
Between 59 and 30 days before the check-in date, 50% of the reservation will be charged as a penalty. The remaining amount will be kept as a credit for a future reservation of the same guest.
Cancellations requested 29 days or less before the check-in date will be charged a 100% of the stay as a penalty.
In case of no show, the total stay will be charged as a penalty.
Modifications
Modifications may be requested free of charge up to 30 days before the check-in date. They will be subject to availability and rate changes, with the money paid being a credit for a future reservation for the same guest. There will be no refunds.
MID SEASON
