comments Staff were friendly even during the busy times such as breakfast time. Bedrooms were a bit dated but clean. Overall we were happy with our stay here.

comments Excellent Hotel, very family orientated - please keep it that way. Food was fantastic , Staff were great , location was brilliant and the leisure centre was fantastic - will definately return.

comments myself and my family was very dissatisfied with our stay in the arklow bay hotel we left a night early as a result it is not a family orientated hotel more for business some staff was not very helpful we recieved on arrivel a broucher on a kids club which they provide but when we enquired we where told it only runs wk ends and mid-term breaks we also complaned about the meal we recieved and we where told by management that we where getting a fantastic deal with the stamps i felt because we where booking through the stamps that we where being treated diffrently to those who book direct with the hotel needless to say we will not be returning in the future and i would not be recommending it to friends or family my children were so bored they cried for me to take them home early. yours sincerely Mr. Michael Brennan.

comments The Quality of the hotel and leisure centre was excellent. The only let down was the dinner in the restuarant. The starters and main meal were served to us at differnet stages i.e. some of our party were finished their starters before some had even been serverd theirs. Though the staff in were friendly and polite we felt let down by this.
