Very convenient for the ferry - generous breakfast served from 7am. Staff friendly and nice, nicely decorated and warm. Would be happy to recommend!

We have stayed in this hotel before. It is incredibly convenient for the ferry port, staff are very friendly and it is good value for a night. This time we had a room at the port side of the hotel and loved being able to see the ships being loaded and unloaded in such close proximity.

The hotel could not be faulted, excellent friendly service all round. We ate in the Porthole Bar and the Table d'Hote meal we had was superb. Highly recommend this hotel, the marvellous sea-view is an added bonus!

Very impressed by the hotel overall. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, and there was a 'busyness' about the public areas of the hotel, giving an air of general welcome. The staff were very helpful.

Issues with the water in the hotel. Cold water tap poured hot water and the hot water tap poured boilding hot water. Very dangerous if one was having a bath/shower etc...

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and receptionist was very informative and professional on our arrival. Only negative comment would be that the room was very cold on arrival but once reported to reception we were furnished with heater for duration of our stay.

The food was excellant, on booking several months ago I requested a sea view room which which we were given on arrival. The dining room was nice overlooked the harbour, tables were candle lit, it gave it a nice setting. The staff all very nice, My husband and I would stay there again.
