Churchtown Country House Hotel is one of the very best country house hotels in Ireland. The house itself is excellent, the location is ideal and the service is always impeccable.

Very pleasantly greeted, shown our room and facilities and informed of the arrangements for dinner. Dinner was delightful - table d'hote - with an admirable wine list. The host arranged for an early call and breakfast to catch the morning ferry. Why not the top grade? We expected it to be very good anyway!
