The rooms are very dated but they are very comfortable. The day staff is extremely friendly and can't do enough to assist. However the night staff at times had a difficulty in understanding our queries.

VERY ENJOYABLE, STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL ABOUT WHERE TO GO ETC. BREAKFAST DELICIOUS. DECOR A BIT OLD FASHIONED BUT OVERALL VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING.

We only stayed one night as we were in Tramore for a show . The hotel was top class . The staff were friendly and helpful and the car park at the rear of the hotel gave us great peace of mind . Our room had a great view of the town and the promenade which looked great lit up at night . The hotel bar had a good menu , reasonable and we didn't have to wait too long for the food to arrive . The restaurant was tempting but we were in a rush to meet people and barfood suited . Breakfast tasted well , was generous and the staff yet again were excellent . The Grand is a hotel with alot of character and just far enough from the centre of Tramore to be quiet at night . It was great .

We took our grandchildren aged 9 years nd 1year 7 months although the weather was bad on the weekend we picked our stay at the hotel was excellent whit the play group for the 9 year old being ideal when its wet outside enjoyed our stay and the staff where most helpful lovely to deal with

Thank Grand Hotel! Had a great stay with friendly staff, comfortable bedroom and great location for a very reasonable price. Recommended definitely and may return in the future!

The staff were extremely courteous, the food excellent. The room was good, but, if anything, the hotel did have a 'tired' look about it, particularly along the room corridors. The car park was a little too far from the main entrance. All in all, a fine place to stay, and excellent valu for money

i realy enjoyed my stay at the grand this is my third time staying there and every time it has been excellent. The staff are friendly and are happy to do anything for you .The room its self was great the space was more than enough for two people and i would be happy to tell all my friends that it is a great hotel to stay in

had a great stay at the grand brilliant for kids our little fella loved it and was mad about the staff who were great with him, also the food was fab and great prices too only down side is that we would have loved to bring our dogs but you can't have everything all in all great hotel great food great price.

Hotel was fine for the 1 night stay that we had. Family room, double & 2 single beds with ensuite bathroom. Reception staff were lovely, breakfast was plentiful & good too. My only complaint was the television reception was very bad. 2/3 stations & even then they were fuzzy. Weather wasn't great so it would have been handy to have a few stations to keep the kids entertained!! But reception/management did drop up a dvd which was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Grand Hotel. Very friendly staff that made us feel very welcome. We will definately be back to Tramore and will stay at the Grand Hotel again.
