A. By purchasing a voucher online, the purchaser and recipient agree to be bound by the full terms and conditions of voucher purchase and the terms and conditions of the booking process where applicable to the voucher use.
B. Vouchers can be redeemed online by entering the voucher code during the booking process, or redeemed directly at the hotel by presentation of the voucher during check-out. Vouchers can only be used for arrival dates 14 days after purchase date.
C. If the cost of a reservation using the online reservation process exceeds the amount of a valid voucher code presented, the balance due must be paid by the voucher holder on arrival at the hotel.
D. Data collection and use are subject to the privacy policy of the hotel and of the voucher purchase system supplier. Specifically, data is only collected for the purposes of completing or supporting an activity, namely the voucher purchase or the reservation process. No other use is made of the collected personal information, and in particular the information is never passed to third parties without permission.
E. The hotel and/or voucher purchase system supplier (i) cannot be held responsible for lost or appropriated voucher codes; (ii) reserve the right to refuse redemption of a voucher and request alternative forms of payment if an voucher is fraudulently obtained or used; (iii) make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to vouchers including, without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a voucher is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such voucher at unredeemed face value.
F. Vouchers and unused balances of vouchers expire one year from the date of issuance of the original voucher value where applicable by law.
G. Vouchers cannot be redeemed until 14 Days after date of purchase. This requirement provides a sufficient notification period for the hotel to be alerted to fraudulent online purchases.
