comments I stayed at this hotel for a few days and then found myself stuck as European airspace was closed due to the Icelandic volcano. The staff did everything to help; they made countless attempts to get me flights, trains, cars and buses. Absolutely fantastic customer service. I highly recommend this hotel which is quiet, clean and value for money.

comments Buona posizione, per visitare la città, sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. La strada davanti all' albergo non è molto silenziosa e di notte i rumori si sentono. La camera e il bagno sono puliti e ordinati, ma gli scarichi del bagno, puzzavano e era necessario chiudere i tappi dei lavandini e del bidet e poi chiudere sempre la porta del bagno, per non sentire un odore poco invitante; peccato... Il personale è molto gentile, sempre sorridente e disponibile. Albergo piccolo e accogliente, adatto a chi non ama la confusione. Ottimo per chi vuole visitare il centro storico.

comments There is not a more accommodating hotel in all of Spain! These folks are truly amazing and knowledgeable about Valencia. The location was perfect, close to the old city as well as the amazing botanical gardens. - VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

comments A lovely hotel with interesting touches such as the modern artwork by local artists displayed through out and the mosaic tiling in the breakfast room. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

comments We had high expectations before our stay at Hotel Jardin, and many of those where fulfilled aswell. The atmosphere was excellent, with the charming small hotel cramped into a small back alley. The rooms where better then we had expected aswell with an charming view from the french balconies (2 in our room!) into the narrow street below. You got the feeling you where living in Spain and that was the felling we where after. From our balcony you could see straight into the neighbours apartements! What wasnt that good is two things, first the rooms and bathrooms wasnt cleaned properly and the breakfeast was a real disappointment. But those two things wasnt big enough to not wanting me and my wife to come back there again. The staff where very friendly and helpfull with what ever question you had. Over all and good hotel, but not 4 star, 3 is enough! But the city of valencia get 6 stars in my book, what a city! Regards Bjørn

comments Staff on the reception desk were lovely. They were extremely helpful and thoughtful, and the location was delightful: just outside of the noisy fray, but close enough to be near the action. The rental bikes that the hotel had delivered for us were a great way to see the town. The Jardin website suggest more luxuriousness than the hotel actually possesses; like the breakfast bar, it's small but charming.

comments Nice small hotel in the heart of Valencia. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Clean rooms with AC. Breakfast is meeting expectations. Located in a calm area, although close to night-life (10min walk). 2 min. walk to superb park Jardin Botanico. 10 min. walk to the metro (metro line No 5 to the beach!) Enabler for a nice stay in Valencia.
