comments Doucha muy baja en mi habitacion para personas que miden 1.70. Olor alcantarillado en el bano. Perfumes nos son la solucion porque muy fuertes en la recepcio. Me gusto la localisacion del hotel y el servicio co atencion al cliente.

comments Hotel ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista, posizione centralissima e vicina ai mezzi pubblici, l'unico neo è la mancanza della porta del bagno, fortunatamente la camera ha una propria porta, almeno è permessa un minimo di intimità, ma la sensazione è comunque non del tutto piacevole

comments Great hotel! We were staying on the 8th floor, too bad that the floor right above us was used for breakfast etc. and apparantly all table and chairs had to be shifted every night.

comments The hotel is well represented by it's 4 Star status. We stayed in one of the renovated upper floor rooms,which was well appointed and comfortable. The location is excellent, opening onto a plaza with 3/4 restaurants with outdoor seating. Convenient to many sites,shopping and good reataurants. The breakfast buffet,while a little pricey, is excellent. We truly enjoyed this hotel.

comments La situation de l'hotel est très bien, les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables, l'équipement de la salle de bain est bonne, il manque des patères pour accrocher pyjames, peignoirs etc..., le petit-déjeuner est de bonne qualité mais la salle est trop bruyante, il faudrait faire appel à un accousticien pour remédier à ce problême. La deco du bar est relativement froide et le personnel pendant notre séjour pas assez qualifié. La salle du restaurant gagnerait à être vue de l'extérieur. En conclusion nous gardons un avis positif de l'hotel et reviendrons surement lors d'une prochaine visite à Valence.

comments stayed at the Astoria palace for 4 nights and had a very plesent stay. hotel as a nice position in a plazza and the hotel staff was very friendly and professional. we had a lovely room with all the facilities and a nice touch of free bottled water when we arrived. if we visited valencia again we would stay here again

comments The hotel was excellent value for money. The building is very clean and modern looking. The staff were very helpful and always happy. Subtle touches such as iced water and cold towels at reception, and chocolates and water in the room upon arrival spearated this hotel from others. For 90Euros per night I was very impressed.

comments La situación del Hotel es inmejorable, el trato recibido es muy bueno Las habitaciones no son tan grandes como pensabamos, pero estuvimos en las que estaban remodeladas, y estaban muy bien. Tenían incluso para colocar el Iphone para escuchar música o cargarlo. La ducha se sobraba y mojaba el suelo de todo el baño si no apagabas el grifo o le dabas poca fuerza En general muy contentos

comments hotel situato in posizione ottima perché molto vicino al centro storico, ai negozi e alla piazza del comune dalla quale partono tutti gli autobus. Le camere sono ampie e ben arredate. ottima nche l'insonorizzazione dai rumori esterni. Il personale è gentile e disponibile e parla anche italiano. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Alto il prezzo della colazione che decisamente non conviene.

comments la habitacion muy bonita(tipo UPPER) , comoda espaciosa y confortable. El único inconeviente fue el desagradable olor del desague del baño lo que comunicamos a recepción. La ducha podría incorporar mampara para evitar mojar granparte del baño. Servicio muy correcto tanto en el buffet del desayuno como en el bar y la recepción. Hotel myu centrico y muy bien situado con la pega supongo que por estar en ese mismo centro de la falta de parking propio. En resumen le pondria un notable.

comments Noisy construction during the day, in the hotel's interior, was unexpected. the AC worked great. The third floor seems to be the best floor. My second visit to this hotel, I will come again, for the good service and the breakfast upstairs. Central location in the Old City, for folk who are first-time visitors to Valencia.

comments Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen völlig erfüllt. Tolle Lage, mitten in der Altstadt, absolut ruhig (zudem Schallschutzfenster). Schöner Frühstücksraum, gutes Frühstück (Nespresso Cafe) und noch dazu mit herrlicher Aussicht über die Dächer Valencias. Schöne, moderne geräumige Zimmer mit großem Bad. Freundliches Personal. Wi-Fi des Hotels leider kostenpflichtig, aber ein anderes Netz stand gratis zur Verfügung. Hotel absolut empfehlenswert!

comments Aunque la habitación no estaba terminada ya que faltaba la mampara de la ducha en el baño y pequeños detalles en la estancia, como una limpieza a fondo de restos de obra, la habitación estaba muy bien, amplia, y luminosa. Hotel muy céntrico. Pero por encima de todo me llamo la atención la amabilidad y atención del personal que en estos momentos es de lo que adolecen los negocios en España. Cuidan su trabajo como el que más y es de agradecer su disposición.

comments Hotel excelente. Muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, con habitaciones muy espaciosas y confortables. Baño actual, con mármoles y mampara de cristal, también muy espacioso. Decoración bonita, con mezcla de moderno y clásico. Está a 5 minutos de la catedral y sus calles peatonanes. Rodeado de calles comerciales, restaurantes y terrazas, y bien comunicado con la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias mediante autobuses urbanos directos. No puedo opinar sobre el desayuno pues hice reserva sin él. Está a 10 minutos del la estación norte de trenes desde donde se puede coger un bus transfer para el ave. Esto último no lo sabe la polícía municipal pues se les pregunta y no saben ni que hay tal autobus ni dónde se coge.

comments Location was perfect as it was easy access to the train station. Room was both comfortable and quiet. Staff was warm and helpful.
