L'appartement était propre, cosy comme à la maison et tout équipé.
par contre l'ascenseur fait du bruit.
L'appartement est au centre de valence à côté de la place Reina et del Ayumento.

made reservation via bookassist in september. called week before dep, they said they had no reservation for us. put us in a different building to the one we were supposed to be in. were unwilling to help pre-book us a taxi for departure, despite me advising the taxi co did not speak much english. apt itself was lovely. but overall experience of dealing with company v bad.

We were relocated to an appartment at the side of the center, instead of the mid center appartment. The street was not very nice, and next door, they were building, so it was very noisy.
In addition, the hot water supply was not sufficient. We were 4, in the 4 persons apartment, but there was only enough hot water for 2 persons to take a shower!

the appartament is functional and completely equipped. And it is in a very good position: very close to the city center.
