We found the hotel very friendly and extremely helpful with our kids. On booking the hotel Tom was so helpful give us interconnecting rooms. The food was beautiful, we also used the spa for some treatments and found it very relaxing. We didn't use the golf course but it looked very busy. The hotel was very clean and we would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.	report this review as inappropriate

We had a wonderful stay, just what we needed to relax and unwind. The facilities were first class and the staff helpful and courteous. While we didn't use the golf facilities the course and grounds were maintained beautifully. We will recommend the hotel to family and friends.	report this review as inappropriate

The meal my husband and I had was top class, steak was so tasty. I got 2 treatments in the spa which i thoroughly enjoyed also. Would definitly return to hotel again and i have recomended it to people i know also. Lady on reception was very nice and helpful also.	report this review as inappropriate

I felt the hotel was not of a similar standard to other 4 star hotels that we have stayed in. The staff could have been more friendly and helpful as we were travelling with a small baby and they never offered us any assistance.	report this review as inappropriate

It did not feel like a 4 star hotel - more like 3 star. The Spa was excellent. Staff were good, rooms were generous and clean. Bar was lacking in atmosphere (it was quite quiet the weekend we were there).	report this review as inappropriate

The reception area could be more comfortable, its a bit cold and clinical, the spa wasnt a spa at all!.. just a beauty salon which I was dissapointed in, it didnt meet my expectations, the food in the restaurant was fantastic though and the quality of customer service was very good, the staff were friendly and efficient.	report this review as inappropriate

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, found the rooms clean and comfortable. anything we asked for eg linen change child'cot etc was catered for promptly and with courtesy. the food would require more attention eg cold soup, tasteless lasagne, the waiting staff were very helpful. there could be more facilities for children both indoor and outdoor. the indoor playroom was extremely and uncomfortably warm.	report this review as inappropriate

We could'nt have been looked after any better.On entering the hotel,we were greeted with a smile,that invited us in which words,could'nt replace. Straight away we got impression of friendlyness. My friend and I recently enjoyed an overnight stay at Ballykisteen Hotel and Suites and we were both thoroughly impressed by the comfort of the rooms, the extremely warm welcome we received from the very friendly staff. The Sentosa Spa in the hotel is also definitely worth a visit. We hope to be able to return again soon.	report this review as inappropriate

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Ballykisteen Hotel, the room was lovely, very high standard, the staff were very helpful. We also had treatments in the spa which very excellent. The food in the restaurant was very nice. Our only issue was there was no hot water in the shower on the Saturday night, we rang reception to report it and were told that because the hotel was fully booked everyone was trying to use the hot water at the same time - we weren't happy with this response, surely they should have an appropriate system in place for the amount of rooms. We would definately stay in this hotel again and use the bookassist sytem.	report this review as inappropriate

We felt that the hotel would benefit by offering a more simple menu, or include a choice of wholesome food for the plain eater & for Golfers, menu not great in terms of value, over expensive & we found we had to eat at neighbouring hotel, which provided excellent home cooked meals.	report this review as inappropriate
