The Hotel is comfortable and busy. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However avoid Room 200. You can hear the Residence Bar all night. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The meals in the restaurant are quite nice however the large portion sizes may put you off! We really enjoyed the leisure facilities and the Spa Bath is a dream. The kids had great fun at the kids club. We will go back again.	report this review as inappropriate

i left a hair dryer in the room and when i phoned they found it and posted to me but unfortunatly it went to wrong house number and was returned to hotel and they ehen phoned me and sent it to me a second time i ws very impressed and d elighted to receive it very well done and thanks a lot and have a happy christmas we loved our stay and will be recomending it	report this review as inappropriate

Had a wonderful stay. Could not fault a single thing. Unusual to find a hotel where every single staff member is friendly and enthusiastic about their job. Had fabulous treatments in the Spa Centre and very reasonable too.	report this review as inappropriate

The food was very good and the we had a very nice stay. The only negative was housekeeping at 8:40 am on a Saturday morning. Knocked twice and then started vacuming. A bit early for people with kids who just a lie in. Other than that a very nice stay.	report this review as inappropriate

overall the staff were very helpful especially the staff in the restaurant. The solitude spa was fab and i had the best massage i ever had at a hotel spa, the leisure centre was great aswel and really clean. The kids loved it.	report this review as inappropriate

This was our second break away this summer to the hotel because we enjoyed our first stay so much we ent back for a second break . It was a fantastic family hotel which I would recommend strongly as we felt looked after and real guests of the hotel unlike alot of the new hotels now available which are very impersonable and make you feel just a room number. The staff and standard of accomadation and food would leave you with no complaints. We had three children with us.	report this review as inappropriate

We stayed at Abbey Court Hotel for three nights and thorougly enjoyed our stay. Hotel was lovely, room very spacious and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food excellent. will certainly be returning to Abbey Court and would highly recommend it.	report this review as inappropriate

I found the hotel staff quite friendly but I was disapointed at the service in the bar in taking an order for food. There was plenty of staff walking around but not one came near us for a whole twenty minutes. I was also unimpressed with the quality of the mattress. Both myself and my boyfriend had terrible back pain from trying to sleep in the bed and as a result came home a day early as we did not want another restless night.	report this review as inappropriate

We have been with other hotels with bookassist and this hotel was the 1st hotel not 2 allow kids in the bar after 9.30 pm (the law 1 know) but once there is food been served is'nt it ok to have children in your company. Going abroad for a break has no problem with kids and ur nearly sure of the good weather.. Also it's the first time the hotel issued us with 30 euro vouchers for the evening dinner X 2 which was a bit off putting.	report this review as inappropriate

The hotel was beyond our expectation. It is a beautiful hotel. My only negative comment was the food. A better selection of bar food would have been nice plus the overall quality of the food was not too good. Apart from the food our stay in the hotel was perfect.	report this review as inappropriate

We have a very nice break at The Abbey Court Hotel, our room was very Big and comfortable, the Breakfast was very good, and well organised, evening meal we very much engoyed, and was impressed with the voucher system for our package dinner, we knew exactly how much we had allowance, so no confusion on checkout, Restaurant Staff were very friendly and service good all round.	report this review as inappropriate

we were satisfied with our stay at abbey court, the staff in all areas of the hotel were polite and attentive, the facilities were very good and levels of cleanliness high the only area of dissatisfaction was the limited children's menu with the choice of just sausage, nuggets or pizza and chips the pizza served on our second night was no more than a meager French bread affair & could have been better regardless of this we would return to the abbey court	report this review as inappropriate

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Abbey Court Hotel, we found the staff very friendly and helpful, the food was lovely the one issue we both found a bit annoying was the bedroom staff knocking on the door and on one occasion entering the room as we were asleep and obviously we did'nt answer quick enough (not sure if you have do not disturb signs) the second morning the breakfast room was a bit all over the place with tables not cleared and a much longer delay in waiting for tea/toast etc only 2 staff on (staff were probably recovering from St. Patricks day) but eventually we got sorted but these things happen overall we enjoyed the hotel.	report this review as inappropriate

I have stayed in numerous hotels around the country as my husband and I like to take short breaks away from work every so often. The Abbey Court is the best I have stayed in and the quality of the accomodation and food is second to none. It was my fifth time to stay there and I hope to go again in the very near future.
