We usually put heaters on in rooms in the winter so that they are warm for guests arriving but due to the unseasonable mild weather we haven't been doing it but we have review this. There should have been wifi login details in the room and also in the hallway - we will make sure they are available for future. So sorry for the inconvenience. Glad the rest of your stay was good. |

We are aware that there can be a problem with noise and provide earplugs so that you can have a good night's sleep and we are looking at ways to try to improve soundproofing if at all possible. At breakfast we do try to provide a balance of healthy and cooked items to cater for all tastes. We do hope you will return in the futre. |

Thank you for your comments. We will be re-doing the bathroom soon but will get our maintenance man to look at the shower. The wifi is a bit intermittent here - it can work well for a while then the singal drops. We are glad these problems did not spoil your stay too much! Please come back soon. |

Hi Thank you for your comments. The Oak Tree Inn is on the Gastro Pub side of restaurant which is what we promote ourselves as. We provide earplugs for our guests as we know that on the odd ocassion other guests can be noisy and disturb those who want to enjoy their nights sleep. Hope you come back in the future. |

As the majority of our guests are walkers and only stay for one night they do not generally have need of a wardrobe, but we do have some rooms in the nearby cottages which do have one if required - please request one of those when you come back! |
