comments We had a great nights stay, I had a lovely long soak in the bath after a long hard day walking. Helpful and Friendly staff. We arrived early morning and left our bags at reception. Our bags placed in our room when we returned. The room was clean and tidy, Enjoyed the evening meal and had a great nights sleep. Thanks. The Elliott's

comments Friendly helpful staff, good restaurant food / pub, room furnishings a little worn and crowded, acceptable buffet breakfast. Best stay for the price in this area. Will return here on my next journey.

comments very good as usual - would have liked to not have to dispute minor items on the bill which was originally a few pounds too high but as this followed a major blunder on my part which was that i thought i'd already prepaid on line but had only in fact paid a deposit then it was a comedy of errors all rounc. Only other thing was i really liked the old breakfasts which gave choice of kippers etc and were served. Good ceidllh on saturday night and nice staff

comments Very welcoming and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Pleasant dining room and evening meal. Staff were very helpful, made a couple of special requests before we arrived and it was all sorted out for us when we arrived. Very happy with our stay.

comments Our pre booked triple family room was overlooked , but this was sorted very quickly whilst we where at dinner. My parents pre booked twin was a double. Lovely comfy, warm and very clean hotel, great friendly staff, good quality food portions a little small for the price .Breakfast was amazing! Lots of choice all hot and well cooked. We would definitely stay again.

comments Traveling the West Highland Way, we stayed for one day at the hotel. When we arrived at an other hotel Inveroran which was closed and more expensive then this hotel. We had no discussion to return to Crianlarich Hotel. Service excellent, Breakfast also. Price-service-proportion excellent . We enjoyed our stay!

comments Really enjoyed our stay. the food was very good, the accomodations excellant, and the after dinner duo playing bagpipes and accordian with singing was great. They got us to do an Irish dance, and we stayed till they finished their show. Had I known how nice Crianlarich was, I would have scheduled more time there.

comments Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. Staff were attentive; food and service in the restaurant was very good with a good choice for breakfast. Room was good sized, clean and well equipped with a terrific view of the Ben. Only slight gripe i would have is that Reception is not manned at all times & whenever i went down, i had to go looking for a member of staff. However, only a slight inconvenience. I would certainly consider staying again, the next time we are travelling between Glasgow /Inverness.

comments An excellent and pleasant experience. The only trivial comment is that the restaurant in the evening looked rather austere, table cloths, flowers or anything to relieve the blank table would help. Other than that, the food and service was excellent.

comments on route doing the west highland way our party of 3 booked a family room which was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also very good, although the breakfast room was extremely busy our service was timely and the portions were excellent.

comments We were greeted by very friendly helpful staff who all looked after us extremely well. The food was outstanding and so was the hotel room, brilliantly decorated and furnished and very comfortable. We will definitely come back and stay if we are in the area, with a couple more members of our family (who stayed at another hotel).

comments The hotel had lovely character and warm welcoming staff. The restuaurant food was delicious. We were very happy and comfortable. We also enjoyed a beautiful hike along the West Highland Way, walking right from the hotel.

comments Good value for money hotel. Friendly staff and good service at the Restaurant. Hotel is close to quite busy road so it may be noisy in the morning due to passing lorries. Its location in the centre of Highlands and just about 20 min from Glencoe makes it a very good base for Munro bagging.

comments On the whole I was very satisfied with the stay. I received a friendly greeting when I booked in. The room was fairly comfortable, though I found the wallpaper somewhat drab and dated. I was surprised that there was no armchair in the room: I was forced to watch television sitting on the bed! Breakfast both days was excellent, though I was a little puzzled that, having ordered excatly the same thing on both days, the quantities varied: having asked for bacon, sausages, scrambled egg and mushrooms, on the Saturday I received two sausages, a small mound of scrambled egg and a few mushrooms, whilst on SUnday, I received one sausage, a huge mound of scrambled egg and about twice as many mushrooms. Portion control? Nevertheless it was an enjoyable stay and I consider it to have been very good value. I would certainly stay again.
