Welcome to our Madrid Puerta del Sol apartment collection. These apartments are all located within our own Stylish and refurbished building. With an apartment in this building you will be situated in one of the most exciting locations in Madrid. From the building on Plaza Jacinto Benavente can see down calle Atocha into Plaza Mayor, just 2 minutes walk away, or continue the other direction and you are 3 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol or Plaza Santa Ana.

Our modern and fully self-contained apartments have large queensize beds, spacious living areas and lots of natural light. Within this building our apartments comfortably sleep from two to five people in each, with potential for extras on special request. Relax in designer decoration with all the modern facilities including fully equppied kitchens and newly renovated bathrooms.

Location:

This old town area of Madrid is alive with markets, cafes, restaurants, nightlife and traditional culture. You have walking access to the Teatro Real, Palacio Real, Teatro Español and even the famous Prado Museum is short walk through Cortes from the apartments.

IMPORTANT:

The price includes 7% VAT, bed linen and towels. This accommodation is family-orientated so no stag or hen parties are allowed. They are also non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Payment Policy:

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking.  A credit card is required by the owner at check-in time as a guarantee in case any damage has been done in the flat.

Please note that cleaning upon departure is not included in the price, so a cost of 50 Eur in total is to be paid on arrival in addition to the outstanding balance for the entire stay. 

For check-ins after 20.00 there is an extra 30€ charge and check-ins after 24.00 will cost and extra 50€ fee

You must pay the full rental balance in CASH ONLY on arrival.
