Situation:Chueca Estudio is situated in Chueca, the very heart of Madrid. This neighborhood is one of the most characteristics areas and has become the gay district par excellence. The studio is very well situated close to the metro station Tribunal (Line 1 and 10), Gran Via (L1 and 5) and Chueca (L5).
Payment Policy:
An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking.
The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 150.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are checking-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.
Additional fee for late check-in : Arrivals after 21.00h will have Eur 20.00 charge.
Cancelation Policy:
- If you cancel the reservation 20 DAYS before your arrival date you will have to pay the first accommodation night.
- If you cancel the reservation 7 DAYS before your arrival date you will have to pay 50% of the total accommodation cost.
- if you cancel the reservation 24 HOURS before your arrival date you will have to pay 100% of the total accommodation cost.
