The Apartamentos Dana are located just off Gran Vía, on the Plaza Santa Maria Soledad (just up from the Luna Cinemas), two minutes walk from the Plaza of Callao, the commercial street Preciados, and 5 minutes from the Puerta del Sol.

Nearby you will find numerous cinemas, theaters, shops and restaurants. There is also a parking lot nearby.

The apartments are on the first floor of a rehabilitated building and all are comfortable, functional and clean. All have a fully furnished kitchenette, complete bathroom and the apartments for 4 or more people have a bedroom and independent living room.

The street entrance to the apartments will soon be refurbished and this in no way reflects the apartments themselves which have already been completely reformed.

The building where the apartments are located is 120 years old, and, at the present time it is under a renovation process (therefore the aspect of the main entrance of the building is not the one we would like it to be), but the apartments are completely renovated and you can see updated images on the page.

Please note that there is no reception at these apartments. After you complete your booking you will be given instructions on how to get to apartment along with a phone number and email, so that you can arrange to meet Pedro, who will be waiting for you at Luna street Nº 6, first floor, door 1º I.

Payment Policy: An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance is due on arrival on cash or by credit card (we accept only Visa and MasterCard). If you pay with credit card you will be charged an additional 2% more.
