The Apartasol apartments are located just off La Puerta del Sol, in the very center of the city, walking distance from most of the major museums and other sites of interest. The rooms have all been recently refurbished, with care taken to preserve the traditional Madrileño look, for example in many rooms the attractive original (rehabilitated) wooden beams have been left exposed. The apartments are functional, clean and well looked after.

The hotel offers 10 apartments on two floors of the building. All have a fully furnished kitchenette and complete bathroom and apartments for 4 or more people have a bedroom and independent living room. The location is very well serviced by public transport, with the Sol metro only a short distance away. They are also very competitively priced, compared to many hostels.

The façade and street entrance to the apartments will soon be refurbished, but at the moment they appear somewhat run-down. This in no way reflects the apartments themselves, which are located on two floors of the building that have been completely refurbished.

The building where the apartments are located is 120 years old, and, at the present time is under a renovation process (therefore the aspect of the main entrance of the building is not the one we would like it to be), but the apartments are completely renovated and updated images can be seen on this page.

After you complete your booking you will be given instructions on how to get to apartment along with a phone number and email, so that you can arrange to be met by Martha or Pedro, in Carretas street Nº 27, 2nd floor, door 2º D, apartment 2º-3 .

Payment Policy: An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance is due on arrival on cash or by credit card (we accept only Visa and MasterCard). If you pay with credit card you will be charged an additional 2% more.
