The Apartment Mayor 58 is an interior duplex (Penthouse), located in Mayor street, a very short distance from Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and the commercial area of Preciados/ Gran Via, as well as the historic district of Old Madrid. The apartment is in a building with a doorman, lift / elevator (up to the 7th floor, with the apartment being on the 8th floor) and it is situated on the top floor which makes it very bright.

The Apartment Mayor 58 can hold up to 5 people and consists of:

• 1 small Bath with small shower.
• 2 rooms: one small doble room independent, and another nice size double room.
• Open plan overviewing the living room.
• Small spiral staircase to access the second room.
• 1 room is provided with double beds and a single sofa bed (perfect for a child). The other roon has 2 single beds.
• The living room has a small double sofa bed and a small american kitchen.
• The apartment has a small bathroom, with a small shower.
• As a penthouse the ceilings are at differents levels, getting lower in the room upstairs and in the bathroom.(as shown in pictures).
• Very well recommended for young people looking for a nice and cheap accommodation in Madrid central.
