Apartamentos La Latina are a cozy and cheerful couple of apartment and attic conveniently located next to Tirso de Molina square in Madrid city centre. Apartamentos La Latina are 65m2 apartment and attic located on the third floor of a recently renovated listed building built in 1853. The third floor apartment benefits from four balconies to the street, in the kitchen, the bedroom, the living area and the dining area, flooding the apartment with lots of natural light. The same happens in the attic which benefits from one balcony, high ceilings and roof windows. Capacity for up to 4 people.

As both units are available in the same building, we can accommodate parties of up to 8 people when rented together.
