H2 Doctor Piga Apartments are located in Lavapies neighborhood, one of the most traditional and colorful.

H2 Doctor Piga Apartments are 2 apartments; one with 2 bedrooms and the other with one bedroom, for up to 5 people. We offer as well a studio for 1 or 2 people. All of them have been refurbished in 2008.

Location:

Lavapies is one of the oldest Madrid neighbourhoods. In the origins it was the Madrid Jewish quarter. Until the 80s, old people used to live here in tipical houses called corralas. There are a rising unconventional popular markets as Rastro, alternative theatre and pub at night. It offers a bohemian atmosphere and the most cosmopolitan population in town. You can go for a walk starting in Plaza Tirso de Molina and going down. Suggest Calle Argumosa terrace to have something to drink and eat. You will also find within a few minutes walk, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor or Atocha Train Station.. as well as Reina Sofía Museum.

Payment Policy:

An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional booking charge of 20% of the total balance due is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card or bank transfer. The remaining balance may be paid in cash or credit card on arrival. A Eur 150.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are checking-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

	Studio 1 - 2 people (2 nights min.): Studio on the ground floor for up to 2 people with a double bed (120cm), sofa bed (135cm), heating, air conditioning, kitchenette, washing machine, 32" TV, bed linen, towels, ensuite and views to a courtyard.
