Apartment Tati is a bright 1st floor, with two beautiful balconies to a typical street in Madrid, which leads to the monumental Plaza Mayor. It has a wide living room with two sofa beds in it and a large table with chairs for eating, a room at the entrance with a single sofa bed, kitchen, another room which we use as dressing room, and a bathroom with shower.

Location:

The apartment is located in the heart of Old Madrid, next to the Plaza Mayor. The origins of this square date back to the fifteenth century, when in the confluence of the roads to Toledo and Atocha, on the outskirts of the medieval village then was celebrating the main market of the town.

From this location, the passenger will feel more integrated into the pure essence of the capital. The buildings recall the Spanish imperial era, when the empire of the Habsburgo dynasty ruled from beyond the Netherlands to America.

The district is called Sol and Palacio, ranging from Mayor St. and Arenal St. to Puerta del Sol, traveling to La Latina and the Plaza de Oriente. The way to start the stroll is to walk the few meters separating the Puerta del Sol of Plaza Mayor. Mayor Street goes to Bailén and The Almudena - Plaza de Oriente - Palacio Real. On the other hand we have La Latina with its lively nightlife.

Payment Policy:

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 25% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be taken directly from your credit card by the owner within 24 hours after making the reservation. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are check-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Additional compulsory cleaning fee (not included in the final rate) Eur 40.00 

Cleaning of the apartment will be carried out before the customers' arrival. The apartment must be surrendered in a reasonable state of cleanliness; otherwise, an amount equal to the daily cleaning fee for your apartment will be deducted from the security deposit.

Additional cost for arrivals or departures after 20:00 hrs to 2:00 hrs, sundays or bank holidays: Eur 30.00. Check-in will finish at 2:00h.
