Apartmento Retiro is located in Madrid's city centre Retiro area, sleeps up to 5 people and is situated in a lively, residential part of Madrid city with tree-lined streets beside Retiro Park. The apartments are only 5 minutes walk from Cibeles or Puerta de Alcala, Madrid's major landmarks.

The Apartment has:

• Fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge and stoves

• Small living room with a TV set and air conditioning and cozy dinning hall next to it.

• Main room with a double bed and air conditioning and a second room with 2 bunk beds.

Location:

• Nearest metro stations to Apartmento Retiro are Ibiza and Principe de Vergara.
• Next to Madrid's historic Retiro park, in a residential area with wide tree-lined streets.
• High-speed train to Córdoba or Seville from nearby Atocha Train Station.
• M30 ring-road ('ronda') is 5 minutes away by car.

Payment Policy: 
An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance is due in cash on arrival. 150 Euros as a security deposit to cover any potential damages caused during his staying in the apartment may be paid in cash on arrival.
