Apartamento Pez is a newly refurbished loft-apartment located in Madrid centre. Even Apartamento Pez has been refurvished, it still keeps an antique touch that combines perfectly. Apartamento Pez is just 10 minutes away from Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor (Major Square), Royal Palace and the Prado Museum. It's situated near the most famous shopping areas of Madrid, the Gran Via and Preciados street. Capacity for up to 4 people.
Apartamento Pez offers a fully equipped kitchen with a lounge-dining room with a double sofa bed and 2 luminous balconies. There is a bedroom with a double bed separeted from the rest of the loft by a translucent glass and a bathroom with a whirlpool shower.

Apartamento Pez is located very close to Gran Via offering a wide selection of places to visit such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace or cinemas, theaters and restaurants.
Payment and Cancellation Policy:
- An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking.
- An additional non-refundable booking charge of 15% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner via bank transfer, never check.
- Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until the owner has received the pre-payment and you have received a confirmation email from them.
- You are required to pay a cash only security deposit of Eur 200 upon your arrival. We will keep the deposit during your stay and it will be given back to you at your departure if there are no pending cleaning fees or any damages in the apartment.
Aditional Compulsory cleaning fee: 40 Euro
