Location:

The quarter is a quiet area, but serviced with various restaurants and bars. Its main attractive, nevertheless, is its easy access to the historial centre of Madrid, including the Museums area (Prado, Reina Sofia). For those coming on Sunday, there is a short walk to the traditional flea market El Rastro. Both Embajadores and Acacias subway stations are at a walking distance from the apartment, that is only a few minutes in vehicle, or public transport, from Atocha Railway Station (High velocity trains).

Payment Policy:

An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 30% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are checking-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Additional compulsory cleaning fee Eur 40.00 (besides in stays over 7 days, it will be compulsory at least one more cleaning).

Additional cost: 30.00 € (Arrivals or departures from 21:00h-7:00h, Sundays or Bank Holidays)

Cancellation Policy:

- 10% of down payment if you cancel prior to 90 days to arrival date.
- 30% of down payment if you cancel between 89 and 60 days prior to arrival date.
- 50% of down payment if you cancel between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival date.
- 100% of down payment if you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival date.

In case of reservations totally paid, percentages will be based on whole amount.
