The Greenaway Apartment is located in a modern urbanization very near the historical park of El Retiro, the Atocha Train Station and the area of the museums: the Reina Sofia, the Prado, the Thyssen-Bornemisza and Caixa Forum. It is a large three-bedroom apartment, the main with private bath, a large living room with several distinct areas (one of them also has a double sofa bed), a kitchen (full equipped) and a second bathroom.

Location:

The gardens of El Buen Retiro, popularly known as El Retiro, is a park of 118 hectares. It is one of the most significant of the Spanish capital.

Strolling through the park is full of surprises: the palaces, the pond with their boats, their monuments, the Rosaleda area and the diverse characters that we can see along the routes, as musicians, artisans, tarot, athletes, massage therapists, painters, puppets etc...

The Atocha Train Station is a large complex consisting of a beautiful metallic domed structure of the nineteenth century that the architect Moneo remodeled in the 80s, creating a tropical garden inside the huge hall. Atocha area is more than a reference point to a specific neighborhood, as it encompasses several neighborhoods. In the area near Atocha, in the neighborhoods of Lavapies and Huertas there are art galleries, a wide range of leisure, curio shops, restaurants, bars and shops of all kinds.

Payment Policy:

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 25% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be taken directly from your credit card by the owner within 24 hours after making the reservation. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are check-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Cleaning of the apartment will be carried out before the customers' arrival. The apartment must be surrendered in a reasonable state of cleanliness; otherwise, an amount equal to the daily cleaning fee for your apartment will be deducted from the security deposit.

Additional cost for arrivals or departures after 20:00 hrs to 2:00 hrs, sundays or bank holidays: Eur 30.00. Check-in will finish at 2:00h.
