Apartamento Gran Via Puerta del Sol Madrid is a fabulous 70 square meters, private apartment located on a quiet street but right in the centre of Madrid, next to lively Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía and Fuencarral and Hortaleza streets, where you will find some of the most interesting shops in Madrid.

The apartment has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated by the owner using quality materials such as mahogany floors and solid wooden doors.

You will also find a CD player, TV with Video Recorder. This sunny, quiet flat sleeps 4 and is ideal for couples or families: it has an open plan living room with a double sofa-bed, an independent kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a complete bathroom with a power shower and bathtub.

It is a great base to visit Madrid either for business or for a short break since it is central and very well connected with the rest of the city. The area where the flat is located is very lively with lots of bars with open air tables, restaurants, theatres, shops, museums and cinemas. Only 10 minutes from the apartment are all the main tourist places, such as the Royal Palace, Opera, Puerta del Sol and Sabatini Gardens or Prado, Reina Sofía and Thyssen-Bornemisza Museums

The apartment is located near Sol (lines 1, 2 and 3), Gran Vía (lines 1 and 5), Callao (lines 5 and 3), Chueca (line 5), Noviciado (lines 2 and 10) and Tribunal (lines 1 and 10).

Arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00 - extra charge of 30.00 Eur
Arrivals between 00:00 and 02:00 - extra charge of 50.00 Eur

Additional cost early check out:
Check out between 07:00am and 09:00am - extra charge of 30.00 Eur

Payment Policy:
An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash. Or if you prefer, you can pay with credit card, but in this case, it has a 4% additional of commision. On your arrival, you will be asked for a authoritation for credit card collection signed. We will keep the authoritation during your stay and we will not charge anything if there are no pending cleaning fees or any damages in the apartment (7 days to check all is ok).

Cancellation Policy:
If the client cancels the booking with more 30 days, you will be charged the first night´s accommodation cost.
If the client cancels the booking with less 30 days, you will be charged two night´s accommodation cost.
