Apartment Deluxe Gran Via Chueca 1 in Madrid, Gorgeous 75 square meters private apartment for up to 4 people located in the heart of the city, a 2-minute walk to the shopping area around Fuencarral and Hortaleza in Chueca quater. It has been recently refurbished with great attention to detail such as mahogany floors. The master bedroom has a double bed for 2 people and there is space for 2 additional guests in the airy living room, sleeping on a sofa-bed. It gets lots of natural light through its two lovely balconies with views to the main street.

The apartment is also fitted with air conditioned, free Internet broadband connection WiFi and TV, DVD and CD player. The area is quiet but full of restaurants, tapas bars, theatres, shops, museums and cinemas and is well connected with the rest of the city with 5 different metro lines nearby.

The apartment is located near Gran Vía (lines 1 and 5), Callao (lines 5 and 3), Chueca (line 5), Noviciado (lines 2 and 10) and Tribunal (lines 1 and 10). The shopping districts of Fuencarral and Hortaleza, in Chueca quarter, are 2 minutes away; Gran Vía is a 5-minute walk, and you will be in 20 minutes in the city main tourist attractions.

Arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00 - extra charge of 30.00 Eur
Arrivals between 00:00 and 02:00 - extra charge of 50.00 Eur

Arrivals between 07:00am and 09:00am - extra charge of 30.00 Eur

Payment Policy:
An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash. Or if you prefer, you can pay with credit card, but in this case, it has a 4% additional of commision. On your arrival, you will be asked for a authoritation for credit card collection signed. We will keep the authoritation during your stay and we will not charge anything if there are no pending cleaning fees or any damages in the apartment (7 days to check all is ok).

Cancellation Policy:
If the client cancels the booking with more 30 days, you will be charged the first night´s accommodation cost.
If the client cancels the booking with less 30 days, you will be charged two night´s accommodation cost.
