• Two complete bathrooms. 
• Exterior with two balconies to the street. 
• Fully-equipped kitchen with vitroceramic, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, heating, television.
• Telephone in all the bedrooms.
• Lift.
• WiFi internet - Eur 4.00 per day (if you need it you must indicate in Special Remark when you make the booking).

How to get there:
Nearest metro stations are: Chueca, Gran Via and Tribunal.

Payment Policy:

• An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 40% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card. 
• The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. 
• A 100 Euros deposit by credit card is required by the owner at check in, and will be returned at check out, if no damage has been done in the flat.
• Additional daily cleaning fee: Eur 30.00 (if you wish this service you must indicate in Special Remarks when you make the booking).
