Agastia is a beautiful 60m2 apartment located in Arturo Soria just 12min from Madrid city centre, in a residential area, and close to the M30 ring road, perfect for families driving to/around Madrid. Agastia is very comfortable, with 1 bedroom and sofabed and 1 bathroom. Capacity for up to 4 people. Services: - Air conditioning

Location:
The Arturo Soria area is very nice, quiet residential neighborhood with lots modern buildings and tree-lined streets. There is a traditional market around the corner, the metro stop is a 5-minute walk. There are shopping centers within walking distance and it is very close to the football stadium. This location is ideal if you are driving.
Payment Policy: - An initial non-refundable 15% deposit is required to complete your booking.
- A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are checking-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.
- An additional booking charge of 50% of the balance due is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner via bank transfer or credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in CASH on arrival. No credit cards accepted for balance on arrival.
Additional Compulsory cleaning fee Eur 40.00 - Early check in (from 7.00am to 9.00am)
- Late check in (from 8.00pm to 00.00h)
- Check in between 00.00h - 2.00am
Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel more than 30 days in advance you will have no charges (except the 15% deposit already paid)
- If you cancel between 15 and 30 days prior your arrival date, you will be charged a 30% of the total amount
- If you cancel between 7 and 14 days prior your arrival date, you will be charged a 40% of the total amount
- 100% of down payment if you cancel less than 7 days prior to arrival date or in case of No-Show.
Please note: Any amendments will be taken as a new reservation and the cancellation policy will be applied. In case you were interested in having a travel cancellation insurance you could contact the owner once you have made the reservation.
