Apartment Acacias is located in the heart of the city, in Barrio Latina. At only 2 minutes walking from El Rastro and at 10 minutes walk to the Reina Sofia and El Prado Museums, Plaza Mayor, Thyssen and Reina Sofia Museums. It gets lots of natural light through its windows with views to the main street from the 7th floor. Apartment Acacias is a gorgeous 110 square meters private 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people. It has been carefully furbished with luxury materials such a superb table of marble and leather sofas. The master bedroom has a double bed for 2 people and a private full bathroom with marble in the walls. There is space for 4 additional guests in other two bedrooms each one with two twin beds. The apartment is also fitted with TV, DVD and CD player and air conditioning. Free internet broadband connection. Apartment Acacias is near Acacias metro station (line 5 and 3). Some of the most important tourist and cultural spots in the city area within walking distance to the apartment such as the Palacio Real and the Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia Museums. Baby cot (on request): Eur 20.00 per stay. Additional cleaning fee: 60.00 Eur Include the initial cleaning just prior to arrival. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, we offer our cleaning services for an additional cost of Eur 60.00 and includes a complete change of towels and sheets. Arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00 - extra charge of 30.00 Eur

An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash. Or if you prefer, you can pay with credit card, but in this case, it has a 4% additional of commision. On your arrival, you will be asked for a authoritation for credit card collection signed. We will keep the authoritation during your stay and we will not charge anything if there are no pending cleaning fees or any damages in the apartment (7 days to check all is ok). Cancellation Policy:
If the client cancels the booking with more 30 days, you will be charged the first night´s accommodation cost.
If the client cancels the booking with less 30 days, you will be charged two night´s accommodation cost.
