The location of the apartment means you are within wakling distance of many points of interest within Madrid, like Gran Via, Plaza Santa Ana (5 min), Plaza Mayor, the Museums of the Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia.
Nearby there are lots of restaurants, terraces, etc where you will enjoy the famous cañas and tapas, and the most characteristic foods and beverages of the Spanish cuisine. The Latina area and the Rastro (Sundays morning) are also pretty close (approximately 15 minutes walk).
Payment Policy:
An initial non-refundable 12% deposit is required to complete your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in CASH on arrival.
Deposit:
A 200.00 Eur deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are checking-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.
