H2 Lavapies Apartments are located in Lavapies neighborhood, one of the most traditional and colorful. The building was refurbished in 2007 enhancing the facade's drawing that gives vitality to H2 Apartments.

H2 Lavapies Apartments are 3 studios and 2 bedroom apartments with a capacity between 2 and 5 people. All of them have been refurbished in 2008. There is no lift in the building.

Location:
Lavapies is one of the oldest Madrid neighbourhoods. In the origins it was the Madrid Jewish quarter. Until the 80s, old people used to live here in tipical houses called corralas. There are a rising unconventional popular markets as Rastro, alternative theatre and pub at night. It offers a bohemian atmosphere and the most cosmopolitan population in town. You can go for a walk starting in Plaza Tirso de Molina and going down. Suggest Calle Argumosa terrace to have something to drink and eat. You will also find within a few minutes walk, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor or Atocha Train Station.. as well as Reina Sofía Museum.
