H2 Gran Vía Apartments are located in a new building next to Gran Via Street in Madrid city centre. H2 Gran Via Apartments are 3 studios and 1 bedroom apartment with a capacity between 2 and 5 people. All of them have been refurbished in 2008. There is a lift in the building.

H2 Gran Vía Apartments are in a great location to start your trip into the heart of the city and do all your shopping in the exquisite commercial area of Hortaleza, Fuencarral and Preciados streets. Within 10 minutes walk you will find Plaza Mayor or Plaza de Santa Ana known for the bars and nightlife in the surroundings, Teatro Real, Palacio de Oriente and its gardens and the neighborhood of "Madrid de los Austrias."

Payment Policy:
An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional booking charge of 20% of the total balance due is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card or bank transfer. The remaining balance may be paid in cash or credit card on arrival. A Eur 150.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are checking-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.
