The Old Town Apartments offer their clients a great alternative to staying in a hotel; we offer lower rates, more space and comfort and the chance to share with friends and family.

The Old Town Apartments are conveniently situated in key areas of the city; close to areas of historical, cultural and commercial interest and also near many restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

Each apartment can house up to four people and the larger ones up to six people.

Please note:

• The apartments are located all over the city center and on arrival guests will need to come to the main office to pick up the keys and the map with directions to the apartment from our offices in Pl. Urquinaona 10, 3rd floor.
• Once, we receive your booking confirmation, we will contact with you in order to give you the complete address of the apartment and the pictures.

Additional fees:

• The only cumpulsory fee we charge is a ? 25 final cleaning fee.
• Groups of 6 or more will be charged a security deposit of ? 50 /person.
• Changing your confirmed reservation such as, reducing the number of guests or number of nights, will be subject to a ? 20 administration fee.

	Two Bedroom Apartment: Apartments for up to 4 people with two bedrooms + fully fitted kitchen with all the cooking utensils. All towels and sheets are provided.
