Apartment Vila-Joiosa is located in Barceloneta and is perfect for a couple. The apartment is just one block from Barceloneta beach and only minutes walk away from all the attractions of the city, the port, El Borne, El Barrio Gotico and Las Ramblas. The apartment is situated in Vila Joiosa street which leads directly to the beach. Port Olimpico is ten minutes walk away and has another beach, lots of bars and great night-life.

El Borne, the city's arts centre containing the Picasso museum, bars and cafes is an eight-minute walk away. The Gothic Quarter is one of the most impressive areas and can be reached in less than 8 minutes by foot. Closer to the apartment, Paseo Joan Borbo, the main street in Barceloneta, is one of the best places to try typical Spanish food, including fresh fish and seafood.

The apartment has one bedroom with double bed, and a spacious sitting room. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Payment Policy: An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 20% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card or wire transfer. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival or by credit card (in the offices only).
If the client cancels the booking with more 15 days the cancellation charge will be 20% of the total accomodation cost
If a client cancels between 15-3 days, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total accomodation cost
If the client cancels between 3-0 days the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total accomodation cost
