Apartment Six Rooms is a fully-equipped and decorated apartment, situated in the most exclusive area of the city, between Sagrada Familia and Passeig de Gracia. The apartment is integrated in a typical bourgeois building of Eixample, big avenues and art nouveau architeture from the 19th century. 

Apartment Six Rooms offers: 

• Six bedrooms, (2 double rooms, 1 triple and 3 single).  
• A new and independent kitchen.
• Two bathrooms. 
• A large living-room full of light with a big table and sofas area.
• 15 m2 balcony. 
• Sheets, blankets and towels are included. 
• The apartment is on the fifth floor with a lift and from some the bedrooms you can see the Sagrada Familia.

Additional cost for later arrivals after 9:00 pm - 20 Euro;

Additional Cleaning fee: 50 Euros.

Payment Policy: 

• An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance + 50 Euro for cleaning cost is to be paid in cash in the apartment.
• You will be able to cancel without charges until 30 days before your arrival. 
• Between 30 days and 15 days we will keep the 50%. 
• Between 15 days and the arrival day and in case of no-show we will charge the 100% of the total acommodation cost.

	Apartment 1-4 people: Apartment for up to 4 people with 2 double rooms + 1 triple room + 3 single rooms + kitchen + living room + 2 bathrooms. Taxes included apartment price per night from: € 120  book now!

	Apartment 5 people: Apartment for 5 people with 2 double rooms + 1 triple room + 3 single rooms + kitchen + living room + 2 bathrooms. Taxes included apartment price per night from: € 140  book now!

	Apartment 6 people: Apartment for 6 people with 2 double rooms + 1 triple room + 3 single rooms + kitchen + living room + 2 bathrooms. Taxes included apartment price per night from: € 160  book now!

	Apartment 7 people: Apartment for 7 people with 2 double rooms + 1 triple room + 3 single rooms + kitchen + living room + 2 bathrooms. Taxes included Apartment price per night from: € 180  book now!

	Apartment 8 people: Apartment for 8 people with 2 double rooms + 1 triple room + 3 single rooms + kitchen + living room + 2 bathrooms. Taxes included house price per night from: € 200  book now!

	Apartment 9 people: Apartment for 9 people with 2 double rooms + 1 triple room + 3 single rooms + kitchen + living room + 2 bathrooms. Taxes included house price per night from: € 220  book now!
