The Apartments Loft Modernista are situated in a Modernist building that was completely refurbished at the beginning of 2003, offering balcony views of the famous Las Ramblas in one direction and Portal de l'Angel in the other.

The loft is bathed in natural light, has an elevator and a capacity for up to four people. The loft has 55 square meters with the following layout: one bed area with a queen size bed, a full bath, a kitchen and a large dining / living room with 2 sofa beds.

All the installations of the lofts are completely new. There's also a parquet floor.

The entire building is available for guests, so if you are a group or a big family, you can stay together.

Location:
The building situation couldn't be better, looking from the balcony we can see Las Ramblas and in the other direction the Portal de l'Angel. Also, Plaza Catalunya is located less than one minute walk away.

Payment policy:
An initial non-refundable deposit 10% is required to complete your booking. Another non-refundable booking charge of 10% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card. The outstanding balance is due on arrival in CASH.
Additional cost for late arrivals:
after 18:00 - 20 Euro
after 22:00 - 35 Euro
after 01:00 - 50 Euro
