Apartment Gracia 2 is an apartment with four rooms close to the centre, with a big, sunny terrace. It has two double rooms with a balcony, two single rooms, a cosy and comfortable living room with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom.

Capacity up to 6 people.

Apartment Gracia 2 is located in a newly-rebuilt, old style building in the Gracia neighbourhood, the most bohemian area of the city, with small streets, alternative bars, pubs and cinemas, cosy squares and little buildings.

Location:

• Nearest metro station is Joanic (L4).
• The direct line is four stops from the historic area and Las Ramblas and 6 stops from the beach.
• The Sagrada Familia and the Gaudi´s Church are 10 minutes away by walk .

Additional costs:

• Late arrivals: after 9:00 pm - 20 Euro.
• Cleaning fee: Eur 50.00

Payment Policy: An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance + Eur 50.00 for cleaning cost is to be paid in cash in the apartment.
You will be able to cancel without charges until 30 days before your arrival. Between 30 days and 15 days we will keep the 50% and between 15 days and the arrival day and in case of no-show we will charge the 100% of the total acommodation cost.

	Apartment 5 people (+2 nights): Apartment for 5 people with two double rooms + two single rooms + living room + kitchen + bathroom. MInimun stay: 2 nights. Taxes included Apartment price per night from: € 140  book now!
