Apartment Barceloneta 3 is a newly-refurbished, fully-equipped, one bedroom apartment, situated 100 metres from La Barceloneta beach and 15 minutes walk from Las Ramblas and the gothic area.

Capacity up to 4 people

• Heating.
• Bathroom with shower.
• Living room with double sofa bed.
• Fully equipped kitchen.
• Sheets, blankets and towels are included.

Additional cost for later arrivals after 9:00 pm - 20 Euro;

Additional Cleaning fee: 30 Euros.

Payment Policy: 

• An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance + 30 Euro for cleaning cost is to be paid in cash in the apartment.
• You will be able to cancel without charges until 30 days before your arrival. 
• Between 30 days and 15 days we will keep the 50%. 
• Between 15 days and the arrival day and in case of no-show we will charge the 100% of the total acommodation cost.

	Apartment 1-2 people (+ 2 nights): Apartment for 1 or 2 people with one double bedroom + living room with double sofa bed + equipped kitchen + toilet with shower. Taxes included Apartment price per night from: € 90  book now!

	Apartment 3-4 people (+ 2 nights): Apartment for 3 or 4 people with one double bedroom + living room with double sofa bed + equipped kitchen + toilet with shower. Taxes included Apartment price per night from: € 100  book now!
