Apartment Big Sun Shine Terrace is an apartment in Barcelona with a wonderful terrace for lunch and dinner. The apartment is located in a quiet street 100 meters from the Catalan Music Palace a marvelous Teather Hall with a daily large number of plays from lyric to modern concerts. Capacity for up to 7 people. (Min. 4 people)

The apartment is the perfect distance from the Ramblas, Cataluña square and 5 minutes walk from the tourist bus and just 10 minutes walking from the Borne Suburb. San Pere Mes Alt street is at the beginning of the Gothic Suburb but has the benefit of being a very bright street.

Additional cost late arrivals:

• Arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00 - extra charge of 25 Eur
• Arrivals between 23:00 and 01:00 - extra charge of 40 Eur

If you lose your keys there is an extra charge of 30 Euro.

15 minutes walking attractions: 

Pedrera, Casa Batillo and more. There is a bus directly to Barceloneta Beach, perfect for families. Barcelona maritime port and typical fish restaurants. The apartment is fully equipped and it has a magnificent balcony and natural sunlight. For tourists it's an ideal starting point to discover Barcelona. With its variety of shops you will be able to find all you need for your stay within a short walking distance and its location allows you to reach most of the tourist spots within a few minutes.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

• - An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking.
• - An additional non-refundable booking charge of 20% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card - Visa or Master Card - or via bank transfer, never check.
• - The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash.
• - Reservations less than 250 Euros needs 40% downpayment of total charge. Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until the owner has received the pre-payment and you have received a confirmation email from them.
• - A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner at check in, and will be returned at check out, if no damage has been done in the flat (From 4 people: Eur 150.00, from 6 people: Eur 200.00, 7 up to 9 people: Eur 250.00)
• - If client needs to change check out date it will be necesary to advertise it to us 7 days before to arrange total charge of reservation, if not we we will keep it.

Additional Last Day cleaning from 4 to 7 persons: Eur 60.00

Additional cost late arrivals:
Arrivals after 21:00 - extra charge of 25 Eur
Arrivals after 23:00 - extra charge of Eur 40.00 and 20 Eur every hour later 23:00

To lose the keys has a charge of Eur 30.00

It is essential that the client provide accurate contact details (email and phone numbers). If the apartment owner is unable to contact the client the booking may be cancelled.
