Apartment San Miguel is split across 2 levels and comfortably sleeps up to 4 people: 1 large double bedroom, 2 sofa beds (in sitting room), dining area, kitchen and bathroom.

This is the ideal location for exploring Barcelona: down by the sea and beach, near Barri Gòtic (Medieval part of city), La Rambla (vibrant main street), Picasso Museum and all modes of public transport (bus, train, metro, tourist trams and taxi).

Payment Policy:

• An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 20% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalise the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card or wire transfer. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival or by credit card.


• If the client cancels the booking with more 15 days the cancellation charge will be 20% of the total accomodation cost.


• If a client cancels between 15-3 days, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total accomodation cost.


• If the client cancels between 3-0 days the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total accomodation cost.
