Apartment Catalan Music Palace II is a newly refurbised, modern styled building, by architect Puig i Cadafalc. It is 1 minute walk from the Palacio de la Musica theatre and 5 minutes walk from Ramblas, Borne and the Santa Maria del Mar church.

Apartment Catalan Music Palace II is right in the city center, near Plaza Catalunya, Pedrera and Casa Batllo. A bus and underground go directly to Sagrada Familia nearby the apartment and there is also a bus that goes to Barceloneta, local beaches, Barcelona maritime port and typical fish restaurants. In the Gothic Quarter, you will find typical tapas bars, museums, shops and more. The apartment is fully equipped and has a magnificent balcony and natural sunlight.

1 up to 4 pax:  60 Eur.

Additional cost late arrivals:

• Arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00 - extra charge of 25 Eur.
• Arrivals between 23:00 and 01:00 - extra charge of 40 Eur.

If they lose your keys there is a replacement charge of  30 Eur.

Special Note:
It is essential that the client provide accurate contact details (email and phone numbers). If the apartment owner is unable to contact the client the booking may be cancelled.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:
- An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking.
- An additional non-refundable booking charge of 20% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card - Visa or Master Card - or via bank transfer, never check.
- The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash.
- Reservations less than 250 Euros needs 40% downpayment of total charge. Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until the owner has received the pre-payment and you have received a confirmation email from them.
- A 200 Euros deposit in cash is required by the owner at check in, and will be returned at check out, if no damage has been done in the flat (From 4 people: 150 Eur).
- If client needs to change check out date it will be necesary to advertise it to us 7 days before to arrange total charge of reservation, if not we we will keep it.

To lose the keys has a charge of 30 Eur
